Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2025 NAPSA Conference!

It was a pleasure to connect with so many passionate professionals, thought leaders, and innovators across the Domestic Future Student Recruitment sector at Deakin Waterfront, Geelong. Your energy, insights, and commitment to shaping the future of higher education made this event truly inspiring.

This year’s theme, “Access for all: A Pathway to Higher Education,” brought meaningful discussion on the Australian Education Accord and how we can collectively break down barriers and create equitable opportunities for underrepresented students—particularly those from regional and rural communities. The conversations around access, inclusion, and collaboration between educational institutions and local communities will no doubt drive real change in the years ahead.

Thank you to all of the NAPSA Chapter Presidents, Treasurers, Secretaries and members from all over Australia for their input and ongoing hard work in the higher education sector.

A special thank you to all speakers, delegates, and sponsors, @Melbourne Convention Bureau & @Business Events Victoria for contributing to the success of the Welcome Reception, the Conference sessions, and our memorable Conference Dinner.

Also I'd like to acknowledge the Tertiary Information Service TIS Executive organising committee, Alexander Watt RMIT, Pat Hearne Deakin, Remy Bravey University of Melbourne, Kirrily Michaels TIS Executive Officer, and Jed Pryor formerly La Trobe now Bond University on their commitment, support and advice in putting the event together. I'd also like to thank the organisational skills of Sarah Robinson & Kaid Lawson and the team at GEMS Event Management without whose help this event would not have been possible.

We look forward to continuing these important conversations and working together to ensure higher education remains accessible, relevant, and empowering for all.

And finally congratulations to Tom Brown Adelaide University, on the appointment of NAPSA President for 2026 and I look forward to seeing you again in Adelaide in 2027!
